Let’s Get This Party Started
The back of each Social Artworking™ Pattern Pack makes it easy to create your supply shopping list. Buy as many supplies as you think your attendees will use, or provide a list in their invitation of the items they will need to purchase before the party! You might also consider giving your guests a good idea of how long the painting will take to complete so everyone can allow for maximum painting party fun!
PARTY TIP: Make sure everyone begins painting around the same time — that way, everyone completes the piece, and takes a break, with one another.
To prepare for the fun that is sure to occur, fill glasses or water basins with water for dipping and washing brushes. Cover any area that you don’t want paint on with craft paper and set up a Social Artworking™ station with supplies for each guest.
PARTY TIP: Place cards marking each attendee’s desired location will make for a festive and fun addition and help make your guests feel more welcome!
Each party participant will need ample space to paint. The Social Artworking™ Easel measures approximately 10 ½” deep by 15 ¾” wide. Your artists will also need room for their palettes, drinks, and water basins. You’ll thank yourself later for planning space accordingly.
